Juan saved my life! My car overheated on the highway and my engine forcibly slowed down to reduce engine heat. I pulled over near North shore beach and discovered I was stuck. I called Juan and told him my car was overheated and no heat in the vehicle had me in a dire predicament. He rushed to come get me knowing I was approaching freezing and frostbite. He called several times while he was on his way to check on me that I was okay. He arrived and made he smoothest pick up I've ever seen. He is a truly skilled individual! Wow!
